I picked up the Discoverer Delay and the Compressor. I may go back and get the chorus. I'd love to grab others. I'd be lying if I said they're the best thing I've ever tried, so far they seem to go for a vintage'y almost lo-fi kind of vibe. I dig that, but maybe not everyone would.
I know @andrewsrea has a theory that the market is oversaturated with pedals. That may well be but it doesn't seem to be that they put a ton of effort into marketing these.

@Tonray's Ghost They say on the bottom that they're made in China. I wouldn't be surprised if Tariffs basically kill this line or at least shift it's production to another country.
I bought this one too. Part of my theory that if I buy stuff when it's on sale I can always sell it if I need to later for what I paid or better:
And BTW, my theory plays out pretty well so far.

A lot of the new Maestro line up seems to be products they didn't have back in the day, but these would be what they were like if they did. Maestro only really had a few original effects which had cred with the musicians, like the FZ-1 and Mutron Phaser.

That sounds about right. The Fuzz they made is not based on their vintage fuzz. I really love that delay. The compressor is pretty good but does increase the noise floor about as much as your average compressor does. Some of my favorite compressors seem to do better with noise floor.andrewsrea wrote: ↑Sun Apr 20, 2025 11:32 am A lot of the new Maestro line up seems to be products they didn't have back in the day, but these would be what they were like if they did. The ranger overdrive has some settings that are a bit like a Klon. So not bad.
I just grabbed the chorus but it won't get here for a while.
