...So none of the AL/AD/etc models Rondo has listed are of the thicker/heavier spec?
No, those thicker ones have been gone for quite a while. There never was a thicker AD-3200...

@sabasgr68 I'm tempted but I bought a Les Paul Supreme this week for about what Standards usually go for and I'm probably getting a deal on a Custom 22 10 top. Which probably makes me sound like I'm rich but they're at stupidly cheap prices where I can sell instantly for what I paid kind of deals.

Awesome! Hope you can also grab that Custom 22!

Now, would you mind sharing some pics of your Supreme? (We love guitar pr0n, in case you haven't noticed :D )

I've never said that to my wife, but I've implied it many times. When she said I had 13 guitars just downstairs, I sold some. Think I'm back up over 10 again. Add 25 upstairs and under the bed. I can instantly sell them though , not instantly but eventually.

I've sold all my gear a few times. Once when I was broke in uni. Twice when I moved back to the USA two different times.

I sold all but 3 guitars in 2023 when my father-in-law had a severe stroke and needed brain surgery to avoid selling stocks and to replenish emergency savings. I think @andrewsrea was a witness to this. It was about 12 guitars, a few amps, and a whole lot of pedals. But it did the trick and I don't even feel bad about it. I wouldn't say I feel happy about it either. More like I'm satisfied and somewhat proud knowing that I have the resourcefulness and practicality to turn it into money quickly when need be with no regrets.

Actually, I should probably give a shout-out to @andrewsrea for all the things he's helped me with gear wise over the years. The gear is fun, but the learning was what I really appreciate.

Ok, I'll go on a self tangent comment to say that there are some budget guitars that get close to our Agile AD3200 model in terms of the upper fret contour and belly cut.

I actually did mention about this guitar on a past thread, but here´s Darrel Braun reviewing it.

In short, yes, a budget guitar that could use some upgrades - he addresses them -, but it's a nice platform. The neck heel does it for me.

It's already in my Dreams list.

Here's the video for you to watch

Was this one of the forum suggested designs?
Yes, the concept was my idea but @Mossman and one other member (sorry, I cannot recall who) did all the design work. Kurt sold a lot of them before sales apparently fizzled out. Kurt did me a small favor and had two plain top CSBs made, the one I bought has your AMI Supernaturals in it...
I remember you and Ed (Mossman) were involved in the design, not sure if the other one was Brad (Tvoodoo).
I didn't really have a hand in this... I made suggestions, but didn't go my way, otherwise I'd have one LOL!
I was jonesin' for a much more trad look... a mod of the classic DC, but with horn symmetry of the one on the left,
and a wrapper.

Even years later I still think it looks frickin' killer. Maybe I need to do my own Blake Wright LOL

It is a good thing these run heavy and have a slim neck profile or I would really be interested and can't justify the $$.
How do these balance on the strap: neck dive or no?
I know it doesn't matter but I would like to know anyway...

Actually, I seem to recall that the AD-2250 is what happened after Kurt modified your design, which turned it into IMHO, a monstrosity and the only Agile model I'd never buy. And you're right, your design looked frickin' killer.

It's too bad that going forward, the only six string Agiles are going to be 3100/3200s. I should ask Kurt how much one would cost now...

Hey John, I don´t know about neck dive on the AD3200s - or anything, as I am AD3200less :) -.

But any of the AD3200 owners here can give their opinion, for sure.

So uh, I just bought the last one, and I’ve bought 2 AL-3200’s a few months ago for $400 each on sale, so again, I couldn’t resist.

Congrats! They´re not the cheapest double cut out there, but for that price they're not bad at all (not really sure if there are other DC like this, except for the Ibanez AR series, which go for $600 and up. I don't think there are other "budget" guitar brand companies offering DC like this, although I might be wrong, and I'd be happy to be wrong, in fact!).

Enjoy it!

Ok, it's official:

THEY'RE GONE!

There are other AD3200 available, but at full price, and not in 2TS finish - which looks more like a Tobacco for me -.

Happy hour is gone!

There are 2 more in stock, but now for $425. Not listed as B-stock.

Buyer must have complied with the "New year, new guitar" serious guitarist rule - therefore, I'm not serious ;) -

Since we are toying in the $400ish area, this can also be considered a wise buy. There are 4 in stock as I'm writing this.

$425 for a nice AL3200MCC. Personally, I'm not that much into gold hardware, but for the price, I could play blind - in case I could play, that is -.
