I like the specs too. They sound interested in their fret quality. Bone nut, 18/1 tuners, Its a fair amount of money for a guitar bought straight from the MIC factory.
Its likely asian versions of mahogany, like I assume SX uses often.
Very new company with no reviews yet. Resale value might be better with some years of good reviews like SX has. But if I needed an SG, I'ld be tempted.
Nice color. I like the headstock. How is the neck dive?

Ad says it has ball end stainless frets - some of the Firefly models have the ball end frets. Maybe from the same factory?
I dont know if they are stainless or not.
I have read stainless frets are a pretty hard alloy.
When I did the fret level on my Firefly V, the metal is not any harder than the several others with plain old nickel silver I have done.
I was tempted to try the Firefly SG - reportedly they have the rounded neck profile.
there isn't much in stock color wise right now.
The have double necks!
I may bite the $$ bullet, sell a few, and get a Gibson SG Tribute.

Actually they say they don't use the ball ends.
They can have problems. My favorite part is the a2s.
I love those medium output pups. There's such a warmth to them. Not sure on neck dive as I've only just saw them online, but I'd like to know that as well. It may not cause these are not like Gibson who sets the neck different than let's say esp vipers. The Gibby's are closer to the edge of the body and others like Harley Benton and esp have a deeper neck joint. Maybe if Gibson did that back in the 60s les Paul would not have said take my name off those.
