I guess I'm becoming a bit of a Harley Benton fanboy...can't resist grabbing one when a nice one pops up at GC. This one was just under $300 and the only type of Fusion model I had yet to get my hands on.

I now have 2 of the roasted flame neck Fusion T models (one hardtail, one trem), two roasted flame neck headless Dullahan models, and this Fusion Pro II makes 5.

Truly killer guitars...forget about all this "for the price" stuff, this is just an excellent instrument period. This one doesn't have quite as crazy a figured flame neck as some of my other HBs, but still very beautiful with perfectly rounded and level stainless steel frets. Mahogany body with a nice flame maple veneer, HSH pickups with a coil split switch, and a Wilky trem that stays in tune flawlessly even with pretty heavy use.

I had a Suhr Modern Pro that cost about 7 times what this HB does new, and while the HB doesn't quite reach that level it's mostly just in the pickup department and I feel this is about 85% of the way there - which is stunning at such a low cost.

These pics aren't the best because it arrived too late in the day to catch any really good light, but here they are:

Strange. I wonder if there's some way to post photos that will work for everyone...I don't know if its something about the way the forum is designed but this is the only forum of about 6 I'm on where I have this issue. I guess if anyone says they can't see it in some way I posted it I'll repost it the other way :).

The only option I see for uploading pics is the "insert image" thing, which involves pasting the URL where they're hosted. Is there a way to upload directly that I just don't know about?

If you use the full editor option (instead of the quick reply box on reply's) You should see below the text entry box three choices "Options Attachments & Topic/Post Reactions"
it you then select "Attachments," you will get the option to "Add Files" which will let you upload any common image file .jpg, .gif, etc. PLEASE NOTE: there is a 4mb limit PER FILE.

Awesome, thanks Mickey! I never clicked into the full editor so I didn't realize this was an option. I'll do that from now on so as to simplify things :D

Haha, yes indeed. It is amazing what they're putting out for so little scratch. I think they're an even better value than Agile was back in the day, especially when adjusted for inflation.
