My laziness gets to me every time I get ready to close out Forum for the day. How difficult would it be to move the "Mark Forums Read" up to the top of the page instead of having to scroll down 3/4 of the way every time?

I use the pull down and go straight to New Post I use the "Mark All As Read" on the Notifications drop down it's at the top right of the screen so I'm not sure I know what you are talking about I never have been accused of being very smart though. Anyway where is this located?
Hi all,
Unfortunately, these subtle changes aren't as simple as they might seem,
The forum has a core software, and the skin that is in use,
We made some modifications to the skin to make it work as best we could for you all, but we get regular updates to the core system, and the skin, and each modification has to be reapplied, and tested with the new core system versions, and the new skin,
I've had a look to see if I can put the mark forums read somewhere else, as a duplicate, but It's one of those items that is well buried in the code, and I am really not wanting to add any more modification to the system,
For me this one is one of those "It is what it is" situations, and this time I'm afraid, for the sake of stability of the house, and my sanity, I can't accommodate.
I've just popped my flameproof suit on, and braced
