A CL posting near offers a free Allen Gyrophonic speaker, sans speaker, but speakers abound.
Seems to be an organ thing, poor-man Leslie or such?
Anybody seem one in action?

The other farm cats didn’t super love him but the chickens thought he was alright so he became a chicken.

Yes, free is worth it.
Missing 12" speakers, and maybe a drive belt. I have at least on around. Originals were CTS form my readings.
I have observed and photographed a number of Hammond B3s and their bolted -on wood transport. I am weird.

At first glance several issues to sort out:
- mechanical spinning just need a belt
- there is an onboard (all-metal) amp - I can bypass that, talk direct to speakers
- speakers 12", missing, with small tweeters, it looks like - where and how crossover'd, ohm rating TBD
- some sort of jack for pedal, probably speed, not sure.
I will do:
- photos
- arrive at a model number
- attempt at diagramming to sort sub-systems
-get help from folks at Audio Karma... AND here!
Someone got one sorted out for guitar:

for the folks following at home:
Plan B:
follow speaker wiring to find crossover, examine for health
strip amp, install speaker jack instead
strip motor control and replace with small DC speed control (like for a router?), adapt for volume pedal style for variable wah-wah rotational speed.
EDIT: motor may be AC, the nameplate is way under, hard to read without taking apart. One pulled on ebay reads 115V, 1.25 A, 1/10 HP, 1650 RPM
