Agile copy?!

Found this browsing Reverb this morning-very curious indeed. Branded as "Angelic". It appears to be an exact copy of an old Agile E1, circa early 2000's. The headstock and truss rod cover are identical to those on the Agile E1 and PS series. Note the striking similarities in the logo font to Agile. Anyone heard of this brand before? I had no idea there was a Chibson equivalent to Agile...

That’s curious if it’s someone trying to copy an Agile model, with a similar name, but it’s probably the same factory that was putting out the exact same model for Kurt, but produced for someone else. I’m thinking it’s probably a rebranded “Agile” made by the same people/factory that Kurt was using, hence the model and “brand” name similarity. Those Korean factories are guitar whores putting out great instruments for anybody who wants x amount of guitars.
