This one is really something I've had in there since I heard about our good buddy @fullonshred passing away. So this is more of a "remembering old friends" than a goodbye tune, as I'm sure we'll meet again in that big stage in the sky.

Not trying to be cheesy or too emotional or anything, this just came out as is and reminded me of the last 5 or 6 years that I've chatted with the guy on line, shared music, comments and laughs. It took me a bit, as I didn't want it to be too rehearsed, or complex. Just an upbeat jam, with some leads thrown in for good measure.

Please enjoy

You're songs are usually great "stand alone" projects, but this one is screaming for lyrics. It would easily sell as a mainstream hit.

Appreciate that doc! I’m no lyricist though.

Nicely done, and reminds me of a thread I had meant to start about songs that convey emotion. Doing so with music alone is a harder task, and you've hit the mark with this one. While not the same at all musically, it has the same feel as the solo from the song Petrucci (with DT, I had to look it up, its Take Away My Pain) did when he dad passed away. That solo makes the hair stand up on my arms with the emotional content of it, and your song did the same. I don't have much higher praise than that :-)

@Narsh That's truly outstanding, love it, and agree, it could be a hit!

Sadly I didn't know Fullonshred for very long, but his warmth and enthusiasm was evident from the very first moment,

Thank you for sharing!
