Anyone see these yet?

I like the way they look, but I'm not really in the market for a new guitar or anything really besides a roof over the ol' noggin.
Vintage for all, and antique a good night.

Those look very nice. I'm all set w/ my Callisto's at <1/4 the price.
I wonder what they weigh.
I wonder what they weigh.

No love. It's not exactly "vintage for all" when they don't even include lefties.

Those are actually somewhat intriguing to me, which I’ve rarely ever said about an epiphone. Especially since they are using the rounded neck profiles and not the square/flat D.
If you consider that a 3100 from Rondo is now $550, this model with the high quality USA burstbuckers and other electronics doesn’t seem too outrageous at $800. Also comes in a hard case apparently.

I'm sure theyre nice but I'm just so over LPs.
Where are all the cool cheap flying Vs
Where are all the cool cheap flying Vs
Here you go... Only $600 (the others are $800 and $900), and it comes in any color you want... as long as it's black.

You're welcome.
Those LPs are nice, and I don't think the price is bad, though that's probably the upper limit of what I'd consider spending on an Epiphone that's not an Elitist. It would be a tough call if I were trying to decide between that and a 3200MCC. You'll drop over $600 on the Agile after taxes and shipping, and then the cost of a case and better pickups will bring you pretty close to the cost of the Epiphone.
Fortunately, I'll never have to make that decision, since I'm not that big a fan of LP style guitars anymore.

3100 = $450-470
3200 = $550
Plus shipping. Plus case. Nevermind then, I guess your math adds up after all.
Those usa Burstbuckers are $150 used, and much more new.
I don't see myself getting one new, but the value is there. Assuming some level of QA, this would hold up against a Gibson right out of the box.

Maybe for a gibson and only if it wasn't painted. I missed out on a faded with the ebony fb and moon inlays for that price
I skipped over a epi korina for 300 a while ago. I probably should have got it. But really it feels silly to spend over $200 on a simple triangle slab of wood when I got a spalted semihollow FF that plays outstanding for $200.
Yeah, sure doesn't look like a $600 guitar, does it? That's how much my Epi LP Custom cost a few years ago (not what I paid for mine, of course, but that was the street price at the time. ), and at least you got a carved top, binding, flame veneer, etc...nomadh wrote: ↑Tue Nov 17, 2020 6:22 pm
