I was tempted a few times earlier but I didnt buy for the same reason I bought alot of rondo guitars. Depending on if it is an easy or hard warranty or return

The company still holds a special place with me as "the worst return experience I've ever had" back in 2018, and I am confident they did that on purpose. So even if they are quicker shipping in the US now, I won't be buying any. Rondo was easy to deal with, as have been a good handful of other budget brands. How they handle a bad situation tells me how good a company they are.
The Reverb listings are basically the price of the Thomann site listings plus shipping. I'm not sure if the Reverb listings are already in the country is an advantage regarding delivery time as my last few orders from Thomann in Germany were here in three days.nomadh wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2024 6:10 pm I was tempted a few times earlier but I didnt buy for the same reason I bought a lot of rondo guitars. Perhaps it will make the return process easier, I couldn't say. I ordered b-stocks almost exclusively and those are inspected before being listed again so the guitars with the most egregious faults are culled out and so I never had to deal with a return.
Thomann no longer has the flat shipping rate they did when it all first started, but it still costs no more to ship two or three guitars as it does to ship one, so I make it a habit of ordering at least two guitars at a time to take advantage of that...
