Hey

Check this out. There's a wild 8 string Agile LP on Reverb right now.

https://reverb.com/item/26860525-agile- ... rans-flame

I don't have any knowledge or affiliation with the seller, I'm not a player of guitars with more than six string.

Here's the serial number for those who collect that info "A14110332" I guess the 14 means the year 2014 ? Anybody know what the rest of it means ?

How do you get a custom Agile guitar? Is there a Agile custom shop? Do you call up Rondo Music and ask him what options are available. ?

Ideally I'd like a six string LP style guitar with a 25.5inch scale and as wide a neck as possible (like 48mm, 1 &7/8in 1.875in) . Anybody manage to get one like that?

Bye

I had the 7 string version. I returned immediately as it was neck heavy.

Welcome to AGF. You could email the serial number to Rondo to get a manufacture date, there is no specific format or date code in the serial itself.

Rondo quit their custom guitar offerings a couple years ago unfortunately.

Agile has offered wide and "damn wide" necks can't recall specs offhand but think the damn wide is at 1.75" or wider.

Wow, only $2K used. What a steal

I have several custom shop Agiles, and unfortunately for folks who bought em new and paid a ton of money their resale value on the used market is exactly the same as regular Agile models.

I paid $199 for this custom AS1000, and just under $300 for this custom AL3200.
