Grabbed this last week. A Moridira Hurricane "Limited Edition" LTD.2. I found very little if any information, other than the fact Jason Becker played and endorsed them back in the late 80's, early 90's. She's in excellent shape for her age. Neck straight, plenty of fret life, no buzz and all electronics work. I suspect it was made in Japan, but have no way to confirm.

I was hoping if anyone knows about these, they could help provide some info.
Also, I am confused a bit by the toggles.
The 3 switches operate the individual pickups. The top switch is a two way toggle which turns the neck pickup on/off, the middle toggle switch is also a two way, turning the middle pickup on/off. The bottom switch however is a three way for the bridge pickup (the always have the most fun!).
The up and down positions turn it on, the middle position turns the bridge off. I can not hear any different between the up or down position on the bottom toggle. Which leads me to suspect the bridge pickup may have been swapped? Original the bottom switch may have split the humbucker in one position. It has a rail, and the screws look like hex nuts....so it may be a DiMarzio? I guess I would need to pull the pickguard and examine the wiring....if I knew what I was looking for.

Pictures for proof ( I could not figure how to orientate them!). Any help or advice is much appreciated!

Neat! That bridge pickup is definitely replaced, the stock pickup was just a regular humbucker without the rail. You can easily find out what it is by just pulling the pickguard and it'll likely have some kind of identifying info stamped on the back (or a sticker). It's possible that they didn't keep whatever function the bottom toggle was supposed to have when they swapped the pickup or they may have just goofed when rewiring it.

I think you are right. I will pull the guard to check. The middle pickup is loose on one side too. Turning the screw does not help...maybe stripped. If I want to rewire, come back here for help! Thanks!
