Well, as the Firefly Era of the latest and greatest "inexpensive" guitars seems to being ending, I discovered EART. Ordered from Amazon for around $215 with tax. Arrived from China in about a week.
Non-gloss finish is grogeous, neck is awesome and a really nice fret job. Only issue is the light mint green pickguard. It takes some getting used too, and triggers craving for Chocolate chip mint ice cream.
Eventually may replace....say it ain't so Ryan....but not right away.

I saw these popping up all over youtube in the last month.

Interesting specs for the price.

Looks nice!

Pretty attractive. I agree on the pickguard - there's talk about it being just way too minty among youtubers. Surprising to hear about good fretwork in that price range. Perhaps they're really trying to start something they can grow big.

Rondo, Thomann (Harley Benton), Firefly, IVY/IYV & now EART. It is a great time to be alive!

Does that model have the stainless frets (I would guess so)? How do you like them?

That is really nice, i have really come to hate the ultra thick poly on my SX Hawk.

It says stainless on some item descriptions, but many on the Facebook Forum says they are not. It plays great.

Does EART have a FB forum too? Or is that feedback from one of the other forums?

I've been watching the review videos for those guitars and I agree that the "mint" PG looks a little too green, and I'd probably remove that ugly logo (and weird name) from the headstock, but otherwise, they look pretty good. I'm finding it a little hard to believe that they have SS frets at that price, though. Are they really stainless steel?

If it is powered by a turbine why do they need a five gear transmission?

And what the fuck does "Rear wheel rotation regulating circle, built reinforcement." even mean?

At least there is no hand injury. That's the most important thing to look for in a cheap guitar.

I had to chew on that when I first read it and my Chenglish thinks it's a truss rod adjustment.

Copied and pasted from the Amazon Description. I think they use "Google Translate - Exaggerate Version".
But there is a weird looking wheel at the base of the neck for truss rod adjustment. Hope I never have to rotate or regulate.

Haha... Yeah, I've read the description on Amazon. I especially liked the "charcoal grilled Canadian Maple neck". Sounds delicious! I'm glad it has 5 gears too... My last Strat only had 4 gears, which made it a bitch passing cars on the highway!

You are correct... I did not. Nor did I have the rear wheel rotation regulator. If I had, I could have easily blown the doors off any Strat on the road! :(

Excuse me while I go fire up the Weber... I've got a bunch of Canadian Maple necks that need grilled.

After all that engrish, i have a hard time believing that "stainless steel" actually means stainless steel.
Now that I think about it, I also doubt that there is no hand injury either. :P

FWIW, quite a few poker chips on the low end MIC LPs I have came with it upside down. Of course, I would have done the same in the inverse situation...

Perhaps that is how they are wired? (Cheaper to flip the poker chip than to rewire!)
