Hello !
Waiting on the arrival of my Wolfgang Special. Curious to the quality others have seen w/this instrument. I don't mind some custom setup work, unless it plays well right out of the box. Was hoping no cracks, etc. Got to have my EB 9's on it. Hope those work ok.

I've never owned a Wolfgang Special, though in recent months I've seen two in pawnshops and gave both of them a good going over. I would have bought one of them, but I need another HH guitar with a Floyd like I need another cat.
But seriously, the carve of the neck felt really nice, The fretwork was well done. The whole guitar felt tightly constructed and ergonomic. I believe they are made in Indonesia.
Oh, and welcome to the forum. It's nice to have somebody new show up who wants to actually talk about guitars. There's been a lot of frickin' weirdos gate crashing here lately.

Any EVH -branded guitar I have played has had excellent quality. Even the Indonesian Standards. You really can't go wrong.
