My LINE 6 amp came a couple of weeks ago and my Harley Benton Tele came a few days ago they were my birthday present to myself. I love both of them the amp works really well for my indoor needs. The drum loops work well and it has the ability to record a loop on it like a rhythm guitar loop then just play all the melody lines you wish over it. When I plug in my headphones I can crank it up because these old farts that live in my apartment complex can't hear a thing.
The new Tele was a great choice it was very playable out of the box but I did set it up to my liking and the tuning machines are not much some are very stiff and some are just loose so I need to change them out but no other problem even the nut was cut very well and needs no attention the pups sound fine to my ear it is however heavy at 9.6 pounds. So a few bucks for machines and a set of new strings and I'm all set Thanks for the suggestions everyone gave me when I was searching.

That Tele looks great! HNGD, congrats x 3.

Enjoy them all!

PS: What about the clean tones of the Line 6?

That looks like a winning combo for sure.

I really regret not getting one of the cabronita style ones when they were cheaper and shipping was flat rate.

Thanks guys sorry it took so long to get back to this thread I got laid up in the hospital for a couple of weeks again.
@sabasgr68 there are only two truly clean on the preset effects the others have reverb or delay or both but they sound good however it is primarily practice amp but could cover a gig in a small room or it sounds good enough to mic or run through the PA to cover any size room.

@aullucci it's a TE-52 NA Vintage Series I really like it's just darn heavy but even so with shipping it came in under $200 and for the quality IMO it's worth every penny and then some.

I've almost bought that guitar a couple of times. Nice choice. Hope you're on the mend...

If you focus on b-stocks, the odds of one having to go back due to cosmetic or functionality issues are drastically reduced as those are physically inspected before being relisted...

Cool beans, man... I think the TE-52 looks and sounds great from what I've heard in review videos, and it gets universally positive reviews. I've come close to buying one on a few occasions, but the weight puts me off.

Hope you're doing ok after your hospital stay.

Thanks for reminding me... I keep forgetting they have B-stocks at Thomann.

They'll be back in stock in a week or so which means that in a few more weeks after that, there should be some b-stocks available. I picked one up a few years ago and those Filtertron clones definitely do NOT need to be replaced. Also, about the same time @NickintheStates got one as well, neither of us cared for the reverse headstock so we swapped and the necks fit perfectly. The only issue is the logo is upside down but i plan on sanding it off and reshooting with clear...

That´s good; I hope you are happy with the sounds you´re getting out of it.

And I hope this time was not anything as serious as the last time you were in the hospital, Randy.

Take care...

Well it looks like I'd pay the same price for 2 guitars as 1 so, with my pay bump the new job provided, I may just put my money where my mouth is when that time comes. If there is one of the mustang style B stocks still by that time.

I just wish HB would make some of the mid range stuff like the really sexy Explorers. That is just insane. Image

@tobijohn I'm glad you asked that question because I grabbed my calipers and discovered the battery was dead and I didn't have any extras. Anyway I went old school and used a ruler and the answer for mine at least was 1 and 6/10th inches. I've played mine quite a bet and like everything about it (except the weight) I did have to file the nut a bit and lower the action at the bridge didn't have to touch the frets I did roll the fretboard to give it that vintage Fender feel. I'm really glad I joined this forum if I hadn't I would never have known how great some inexpensive guitars are.
