So here are a few cool projects that I’ve had for some time. Finally brought them to my guitar guy who did an amazing job.

First one

Warmoth PRS style body and warmoth neck. Gotoh Floyd rose (it’s blocked) and Wilkinson pickups. Took me about 5 months to get all the parts, and I almost got rid of it a number of times, but I’m glad I didn’t! The neck is fantastic! A true thin c kind of feel, the maple feels great. The unsung heroes are the Wilkinson pickups, got them for about $40 on Amazon. Really well balanced higher output pickups. Overall a tremendous guitar!

Second one

Partscaster from parts I have laying around- a G&L body, no name reverse banana headstock neck, and guitarfetish pickup. The neck was super thick so it was shaved down and now feels 100x better. The guitar pickup was free and is a pretty decent high output pickup. Overall a fun cheap project.

Holy crap, the grain on the Warmoth body and neck are amazing! I'd buy that guitar based on looks alone! Hope it plays as good as it looks!

That Warmoth is gorgeous and the Wilkinson pickups always seem to get a favorable review

Funny thing about that warmoth. I bought the body then two months later the neck. I thought they were a perfect match. Had like 5 people tell me it would look awful- now they are singing a different tune.

Luckily the guitar plays and looks great! I highly recommend the Wilkinson pickups too, very very good
