Calling on the community memory here...

Back in early 2000s, there was a site offering to machine small metal parts per your drawings.
I do no recall the name, or know if it still exists.

I knew that, for example, vintage motorcyle racers were frequent users for add-ons, or small parts, like brackets and such.

Any recollection?
The other farm cats didn’t super love him but the chickens thought he was alright so he became a chicken.
