I hope you and your gf feel better soon.

I just found out yesterday that my sister, her husband and their two girls are all covid positive. :(

Sometimes anxiety can contribute to the feeling that it's difficult to breathe (especially if your anxiety is about breathing). I have occasional bouts of anxiety and take an OTC homeopathic remedy called "Hyland's Calm" that works really well. You can get it at Walgreen's: https://www.hylands.com/products/harmony/calm

All good, as far as I can tell so far everyone made it thru basically unscathed.
I'm going to check into that Hyland's Calm though, I feel like I could just benefit from that in general. Me and the other half are taking this opportunity to embrace physical as well as nutritional health, definitely been slipping off the nutrition wagon for the last few months, and I've personally been thoroughly off of the physical health wagon for practically 10 years now lol.

Hopefully it hits them as lightly as it hit us, as far as symptoms we were just kinda down in the dumps with basically a textbook headcold for about 3 days(then a pretty slow mend over 3 or 4 days), I had some issues with anxiety and my breathing when my mind would get away from me, but otherwise it could've definitely been worse. I'm still not really overexerting myself just to be safe, but I'm hoping to start doing some light cardio soon and then keep that going.

I took vitamins everyday, basically lived on cran-apple juice and berry blend juice, and capri sun. Ibuprofen whenever I'd feel a bit light headed, sudafed pe day/night if I needed help with congestion or other symptoms, and a daily otc generic zyrtec.

Let's get some vibes headed Pesky's way too boys!

The day after my sister announced that she has covid, my oldest brother texted that he got the vaccine. He's a doctor, and works at a medical school. My other brother doctor is supposed to get it any day, as he works in a city clinic.

Yeah, food is medicine... I hardly ever catch a cold, and I've never had the flu. And the few times I have been sick (since I found out what's good for me), it's usually pretty mild. I attribute a lot of that to my diet. Greens give you power, man!
Finally escaping the People's Republic of Kalifornia!
