Floyd. This is rusty, not real rusty just i can't turn the allen screws. 3mm for the string locks, won't budge, i have them sprayed with WD40 so waiting for that to work. Is your Kramer neck 21 or 22 frets? I'm beginning to think it was a ESP employee build. I found pictures of the same neckplate and are from ESP early 80's. I 'm gonna guess ESP made all the necks for Kramer.
