Re: NGD: Knaggs Severn HSH

Congrats!! I am not crazy about the color personally but holy crap it's a Knaggs! Great guitar! I'm sure you'll get many years of enjoyment from it. I also have gotten guitars in trade in colors I may not have chosen but that is a minor thing, especially if it is a guitar like that!

Re: Taylor Hawkins Tribute Show

I have to say I was so impressed with Wolf VH! He kicked ass! I knew he was a good player but damn he really pulled off his old man's stuff quite well and seemed to be having fun doing it! Great job!

Not exactly vintage but I have a 1990 Greco LP Custom EGC-75. I have had several different pickups in it but here it had a Dimarzio Tone Zone in bridge and a Duncan Slash in the neck

mickey wrote: Tue Aug 10, 2021 4:58 am That is the "Drop Top Convertible" bridge from "Custom Shop Parts" and was the best hardtail bridge for Strats there has ever been.
Unfortunately, Custom Shop Parts went belly up some years ago.
Thanks for the info!, Well that sucks they are no more, would've liked to try one

Thanks

Re: 5150 Iconic

I totally agree with you last statement...so much buzz about the amp and seemingly much of it negative because of the tube compliment, where it is made, the cost etc. I kinda don't think James Brown would be so involved and have his name associated nor would Wolf risk his father's good name on crapp...

Re: Agile for sale?

I admit I am not a big fan of the Agile 7/8 + string multiscale offerings. I'm not a good enough guitarist to make any use of an instrument like that I guess. But Kurt must be making a profit with those to have so many models.

Agile for sale?

I'm sure I'm late to the party on this but I just looked at Rondo Music site after not having done so for quite a while and noticed a banner at the bottom stating that Kurt is looking to sell the Agile brand.

Wow, is this new? Is this foreshadowing of Rondo going bye bye?

Re: Mooer Radar anyone?

I have one and I like it quite a bit. I have not done much recording with it but I use it to practice on head phones at home. Currently I go from an EVH 51503 50watt into a Rivera Rockcrusher as a load box and use the line out from the Rivera into the Radar an out to audio interface and into reaper....

I finally made it over. I fully intended to sign up when the other site went belly up but got sidetracked. Glad to see many have joined as well!
