There is a guy west of Chicago (west of me) in Somonauk, IL who does a lot of selling on the marketplace. Mike Raff is who he goes by on Facebook. These are just rebranded coming from Alibaba, many look exactly like the Firefly brand. He must have worked out a deal to have his "logo" on t...

Re: Wraparound Bridge for Les Paul Jr. .....
That looks like one of the Leo Quan Clones on Amazon or eBay. They usually measure 82 mm....hence the work needed to make it fit, since I would gather most Chibson are around 81mm. Both of my Chibsons are 81 mm. In my experience, that style has almost always been too high to get the action down to ...

Re: Wraparound Bridge for Les Paul Jr. .....
The OEM wrap around bridge on my Chibson LP Jr Single P90 would not intonate. That is the chance one takes with a Chibson for $225 Since it is a Chibson I had not idea what would fit so I put a rather inexpensive wrap around bridge with adjustable saddles. My guy had top to a little machine work on...

Re: Wraparound Bridge for Les Paul Jr. .....
Well @tobijohn suggested filing the inner areas of the bridge...after about 10 minutes of filing, I got enough off and now it fits! I was hoping for the Leo Quan Bad Ass...but at 16mm would be a bit high. This should suffice. Thanks all!

Wraparound Bridge for Les Paul Jr. .....
Les Paul Jr. copy to be exact. The pole spacing on the bridge studs is about 80.5 mm and making it really hard to find bridge that fits. Most are too wide and have gone back to Amazon. If anyone has any history with this....let me know what you used. I was trying to keep it reasonable, but now cost ...

It is called a chassis clip nut and these fit most Marshalls: https://reverb.com/item/74189654-marshall-nos-chassis-mounting-nuts-n26-d2031cnp Fixed. A project which actually went as planned! I dont see enough to make sense of the situation,..but can you superglue a nut somewhere for a new bolt to line up with? Or, is this one? https://www.mojotone.com/Metric-Cage-Nut-for-Marshall-Chassis I may need to do that. Find a nut that fits the screw and superglue. I am not sure they carry the b...

Help With Mounting Amp Chassis.
So I got an old Marshall Lead 20 awhile back. I removed the chassis to spray the pots today....scratchy! When I went to put the chassis back in...one of the screws seems stripped...but held. No worries. Then I heard a rattling inside. Couldn't leave it like that! When I took it apart again, I notice...

Looks like Firefly is the new Agile ( the Agile of the old times, I mean )... Maybe price but not build quality. Based on my experience, they're more like SX/Douglas/Hadean, if that. However, I haven't bought any recently, @Lamf77 or @LightWingStudios would be better judges of current build quality...

Thanks for all the help with the zero fret. It was key to getting this done. The original guitar had a shim in the neck because the nut was plastic and cut for crap. The new nut and string bar solved the issue. No need for the neck shim. I put a DiMarzio FS-1 in the bridge, a must. Ileft the origina...
