Re: Would you need more info?
I have literally seen hundreds, if not thousands of resumes over 35 years and you have a great start. Some recommendations: - Trim down the bullet points, put them on a side check list for yourself and make sure those attributes stand out in your experience descriptions. Stay clear of descriptors w...

Re: Would you need more info?
I like a 1 page resume, it gets straight to the point. It looks good to me, and it leaves a lot to talk about if it gets you interviews. If it fails to get interviews, try to ask why. In my experience, resumes only give interviewers starting points for discussion. The important factors come out whe...

Would you need more info?
I'm building my resume in English. Would appreciate any feedback from any of you. If you were a recruiter/employer, would you need more info on it to get a better idea about who I am, personally and profesionally? Again, I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks, guys. Not happy to do this
Thought on elaborating about this but, as most of times, the shorter the better. I really didn´t thought I´d be going through this again. Even though some kind of “balance” has been found here to keep on living, it´s still far to say that things are normal. I´ve just kept on doing my best to cope on...

That could be a good idea to work on...tonebender wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 8:56 am Will you expand on the idea and add some commentary about the site? Maybe you could get members to make really short statements and just work them in back to back.

Re: Zoom R4 (Standalone DAW Alternative)
I am the type of person who absolutely hates using the PC when doing anything guitar playing related....BUT...I do so much want to record some songs and ideas just to fulfill my creative yearnings. This Zoom R4 looks pretty interesting to me...kind of like an updated version of the old Tascam DP-00...

Re: Zoom R4 (Standalone DAW Alternative)
I wish I even knew what DAW stands for or what it does. Sometimes I feel like a caveman. I hear you. In one way, things were easier before Digital Audio Workstations. But in another way, they simplify things by putting them all in one place with a cohesive workflow. To be honest, I miss the old way...

Re: And so it ends
...I am going to just take a little time to let the shock/anger/bitterness leave me so that I don't make a rash decision nor let it affect my mood when I am in the process of interviewing. Best decision - and attitude - ever, for every situation in life. I´m sure you´ll land on something good later.

Re: Your Super Bowl food and drink?
I did not watch the halftime show, nor did I care to. I have never knowingly listened to an Usher song all the way through, and I want to keep the streak alive. I've never ever watched a football game (superbowl or other) but I couldn't agree more about Usher! :D Ok, I googled. Not my thing.

We usually have a get-together for the Super Bowl. Re: Car Transport - Sabas' Training
My car situation is pretty basic, but I hope it works out. There are a lot of people who just want a very specific car and are willing to buy it sight-unseen if they can work out the details, so I'm sure there's a lot of potential business beyond people moving. Yes. I hadn´t really thought much abo...
