Hey fellas,
Been a minute since I posted anything. Got a new gig and had to get settled with all that, luckily no negative news to report. I managed to snag a few new pieces of gear to add to my arsenal.

I got a JS1000 and a Jem that I had been obsessing about for years. I also traded my Kiesel SCB6 and both Solar guitars for an AxeFX III, with a Crown poweramp. I'm totally geeking out now.

Here are some pics of the guitars and of course two new tunes:

Honestly, great stuff as usual. This is reminiscent, well to me and maybe no one else, early Queensryche. The second song, how does anyone pick that fast.

Welcome back! I liked both songs but the second one is my fav. I tried to pick out what bass was playing during the riffs but couldn't discern it (right word?). Was is doubling the guitars or playing something else?

Awesome as usual. I love fade endings, especially 'Monkey on a Stool'. The phase shifter or whatever modulation you had going popped in a nice way. Almost like it was reminding you it was there for a while and you didn't notice it.

Awesome, as always. How are you liking the Ibanezeses?

Don't know how you do it. This isn't even my style to listen to. I've watched outstanding live bands do very similar type music. Similar quality seemingly yet bore me to tears but not monkey song and many others. I still say they are begging for a Geoff tate. You do give a QR type vibe but also reminds me of schenkar instrumental albums he's done. And for som reason I keep thinking the band YES when listening but dont know why, maybe the composition.
And then there is the production quality. Which is more impressive the laying , the composition or the production?
Just wow

Hey fellas! Thanks a bunch! Really - totally humbled by the great comments and so happy you like the tunes. And yes, huge queensryche fan here! Love that comparison.

@tlarson58 I am a crap bassist so I usually double up on the rhtyhm to give it a really fat sound. As usual I quad tracked everything two tracks on the axefxIII and the other two on the kemper - all using mesa boogie amps.

@Rollin Hand I absolutely love the Ibbys - the JS1000 is just me. Love that guitar - the Jem is a shred machine but I'm not a fan of the middle pickup - still won't kick it out of bed.
