Very enjoyable, then, wow...3:30 to 3:45 was a wtf moment.
was that 15 seconds straight playing and recording or was there some bizarre gear/tech assist? A pitch bender midi keys something or other?
I was thinking you might end the song with another wind up like that sproinging into silence....but it ends, cut-off.
Were you planning a different end?

First off thank you both! Feels like I get less and less listens lately so every one means a lot.Partscaster wrote: ↑Wed May 03, 2023 6:59 pm Very enjoyable, then, wow...3:30 to 3:45 was a wtf moment.

The 3:30-3:45 section was a section played in one take just quad tracked. I did clean up some noisy strings in one part because honestly speaking it was a b!tch to play. Specially the bass part that almost doubles it.
The 3:45 solo was improvised and I kept the second take.
As for the ending, I had no idea what to do and I wanted to finish it so I can focus on using the Helix. But Ive been rocking a migraine for 4 days now.
Don’t think it will be tonight.
