Along with Gayle Sayers, one of the most exciting Chicago Sports figures from my "childhood". Wirtz was too cheap to put the games on TV and when Hull left Chicago it was one of thee worst moments in Chicago Sports.
RIP Mr. Hull.

As much as I loved him with the Jets, his "complexities" make it hard to enjoy what he brought to the game. Hope he finally found peace of a sort.
