Any classical fans here?
The very first riff he plays is one of my favorite songs but for some reason I still don't know the name or composer. It's a total rocker though.
Heh side note, my mom (a classically trained pianist) always said Bach was basically hard rock.
What's that first riff?

Beethoven Ode de Joy .
"The man that hath no music in himself, nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds, is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils. The motions of his spirit are dull as night, and his affections dark as Erebus. Let no such man be trusted."
THANK you.
Except it sounds nothing whatever like "Ode to Joy" once he applies "violin technique" Yuck!
This video was actually made as part of a TV commercial for Banc De Sabadell, but it still brings tears to my eyes every time I watch/listen to it!

If one's goal was to approach the guitar like a violin, I'd say the first step would be to rip all the frets out.
Also, I don't know when that video was made, but doesn't Yngwie look like he's morphing into Mark Slaughter?
