I wanted to publicly thank @mozz for being super generous, when I needed a part.

I was in need of a 12AY7 and I knew he has a fantastic stash of electronics (and in my book, an expert at musician's electronics). He not only hooked me up with that, but threw in lots of other goodies and all I can say that it was very thoughtful of him & I definitely appreciate this!

Ya know Rob, in the time I've been hanging around this place (which is longer than some & not as long as others)
any time anyone has put out a plea for help someone has always jumped in and volunteered to send them one (or more.)
Guess that is why I'm still here (and probably a lot of others too. :D )

Who needs 5 1/4" single sided floppy discs? How about a bunch of surface mount resistors? I think I inherited my father's "going thru hard times, hungry" in the 30's-40's so when stuff is available and you have the means, hoard it. Trying to organize the garage/shed/shed. Sold a solid state Marshall head and 2 cheap acoustics and now even rented a booth at the inside flea market. Wife wants to sell the Mustang, I want a new Ford Maverick for her to drive, she can''t push the clutch in more than 1 or 2 days a week, her hips are getting bad. Front wheel drive cable on my mower just snapped so i have to fix that. Always busy.

EDIT : just got a lot of pcb boards today for a Vemuram Jan Ray, Timmy clone with some changed parts values. $400 pedal. Probably will cost me $30 to build it without a brass case, just a regular aluminum case.

I did my version for the Wampler Euphoria, which was his version of a Timmy. I changed a few things around. The biggest changes were having (2) DPDT switches, so I could have no clip, soft clip, hard clip & both. The hard clip I used infrared Leds which combined with the soft-clip sounds more tube like. I used a Ti 1458P IC and set the minimum bass EQ a little more cut-off. It has more than enough 'fat' when full-up and I can use it mreo like a treble boost when an amp is dark to begin with.

Timmy is a great planform to get Dumble or a full-on Twin tone, without all the volume. Post some pics when you have it done!
