Both convey the same vibe much differently. Not sure wgich I would choose for the movie. Probably the electric for the town square shoot out and the acoustic for the campfire chat.

I know very little about spaghetti westerns so this was fun. I may elaborate a bit on it.

OK any suggestions as to what I should be looking at for inspiration? I'll probably turn a spaghetti thing into a prog metal tune. :)
