Great idea. My work life has been Zoom/WebEx/Microsoft Teams meetings since April 1 so I'm quite comfortable with it now.

Looks very thanksgiving centric. That might be good but I'll have to check a few things before I commit. the 10pm thing would be fine for me and probably us in ca but I dont think that will be great back east. If we hit 11am or noon here on that fri would that be good for east coasters at 8 or 9 am? or that sat? Or do we shoot for something like 7pm pacific so est can start at 10pm. What would those times be for our otherworlders like [mention]Tonray's Ghost[/mention], [mention]sabasgr68[/mention] or [mention]UrenragK[/mention] . Be great to have an intercontinental feel to the place.
I just realized how few people actually put in any hint of their location in their bio info. I sure wish people would put that in. I think that would help the community feel of this place.

We are talking zoom, right? If we wanted to jam is the latency as horrible as I hear? I tried jamkazam.com and had a bit of success but my latency is pretty bad at best. If anyone has been doing online jamming I'm in san diego and am willing to spend some time testing if we wanted to go that way.

For me those times don't present an issue...that's 8 or 9 PM Bangkok time...I will have to remember to wear some pants though.

Doodle is a calendar poll, I put some times up in the link earlier in the topic, just to get an idea of when it would work

And for what it's worth, most security specialist companies for big organisation infrastructure use Zoom,

The issues were mainly due to people saving recordings of compromising conversations on open cloud storage, and the default encryption key was the same for all recordings, this has since been changed by Zoom
