The only time I have trouble accessing TGP is when I use a VPN (not my work VPN but the one I pay for personally). Are you using one?

[mention]PsychoCid[/mention] I found that I just had to change the node I was accessing TGP from. The one saying I was in Chicago didn't work, but I selected a somewhat random one abroad and found it worked right away. Your call, but if they were getting DNS attacks (or something else malevolent) from behind a VPN that would be a legitimate reason to block an IP.
