Are you trying to joke? By Nov/Dec he will be just a memory here and will waste his time over on "The Gretsch Pages"

If she had she would have been playing it. (My postmistress is a lefty guitar picker.)

Mayhaps she’ll be a lass and tune it up from the journey to Humidville!

Uh, Brent, I don't quite know how to mention this but when shipping a guitar, especially one worth several thousand dollars;
it is customary to put the case inside a box with some padding. You should notice that tomorrow when your Gretsch arrives.

In case anyone is interested, it was in tune when it arrived. But that is the absolute worst straight pick I've ever tried to use!
Oh, and the lady at the Post Office swore she never tuned it. :)

What can I say? It is the prettiest Martin I've ever laid eyes on! :)
And it sounds as good as it looks.
And it plays like a dream! :D

I am sincerely sorry for that oversight. As I am sure you have by now guessed, I have never shipped a guitar. I really am sorry. Ignorance of something so simple is no excuse. The lady tossed the shipping labels on it and I trusted her judgement. Big mistake. Really I do apologize. It came in the condition I shipped it in?

On the subject of the pick. Those happen to be the picks designed by the Gods I am sure you didn’t mean that.

Stayed in tune, huh? Great! What was the first chord! How do you like it??

This makes me feel happy. I am glad you like it! I thought the rosewood used on that particular instrument was gorgeous. It is a tick above the like used on my Natural. The headstock wood as well was a very intriguing piece.
It didn’t get played like my old beat up one and wasn’t serving me. I hope you get years of smiles brought to your face with it

No. I was 100% serious, that is the absolute worst straight pick I've ever tried to use.

Oh, the case looks a bit worse for wear due to rubbing against something as it was bouncing down the highway on the way here.

Something to think about on the shipping. I could have easily received an empty case had the postal employees been as honest as UPS employees.

Well for some reason everything worked out for once. I am not going to question that.
I do feel really bad though

Oh, yes, we lucked out bigtime! But I wouldn't recommend you ship like that ever again because lady luck might not be on your side! :)

I’m sorry you were the first I had shipped to!
Big mistake, won’t happen again though.

Are you happy with that particular six string?
