That is one great guitar, even if it is backwards.
Good luck with the sale Mark.
Nope I only give him Agiles like this one (now in his possession.)
I used to have a moving .GIF of your avatar but hunted for it yesterday without success,
when I do find it I'll send it your way.
That camel toe in motion is awesome.

I struggle with expensive guitars. It's a mixed up personal thing. I feel most comfortable playing something from $0-$1K. Very Weird I know. The Douglas I had was white and to be honest I WANTED to like it but it felt dead and was uncomfortable for me to play. I didn't analyze why or try and fix it beyond a set up I just ended up selling it. This Gretsch plays nice and the Filtertrons have a chimey sparkle but I want to get down to 3 guitars (electric)

Funny, but when I got my WNO-630 the only Gretsch that I had was my 6122-1959, the first lefty 6122-1959.OMB wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 1:50 pm I struggle with expensive guitars. The Douglas felt so much better to me, I couldn't believe it.
The body is the same size as the Gretsch, but with a 1 inch shorter scale.
It is also about 1/3 lighter.
After a few mods, I couldn't put the WNO down! I put many hours of play into it every day for months!
The 6122-1959 still has very little play compared to the Douglas.
My Gretsch 6120 probably has more.

Yeah the 6120N is a heavy guitar. The Douglas weighed about the same. For me it wasn't meant to be. Mickey I know how much you like your Douglas and that is a good thing to find a guitar the makes you smile. What I have left after selling down...they all make me smile. Some of the ones I sold made me smile but I woke up one day and just couldn't deal with all the guitars. It was weighing me down. I worried what my wife would do if something happened to me so started THE PURGE.
