I always wondered who wound up with Charles Nelson Reilly's glasses.

Talent and a sense of humor too. He''s got the Buster Keaton stone face deal working and with the editing you know he's having fun.

Thats funny, because I just discovered this kid on Youtube a couple of days ago. He has tons of vids, all with him being totally stone-faced. But yeah, there is an insane amount of talent, and I would not be surprised if we hear his name a lot in the future. Looks like he is already popular in his home country of Russia.

There is also another kid all over Youtube who is a little younger than him that is more of a blues-based rock player who is really great. A kid from Australia.....Taj something is his name.

I feel so bad for this kid with absolutely no place to go from here. No chance to improve. Will probably get bored, quit guitar and become a chartered public accountant.
So sad. :)

I have watched several of his covers, Joe Stump and Paul Gilbert songs, and the young man is an exceptional talent. At this point he seems to lack very little, if anything wrt playing metal guitar.

Wonder if Narsh has seen him and what he thinks?

This kid is an absolute doppelganger for my little brother at 15. And, he plays kind of the same too, though my bro didn't develop his yngvie shred until about age 24 or so. Even the same wide vibrato. I could close my eyes, that's my brother Jeff playing 30 years ago.

My brother is single, never had kids, but I sent it to him this morning to wish him a happy fathers day

A sample of my brother's stuff... but this kid is crazy - particularly that deadpan look LOL

LOL, was just looking through your SoundCloud tunes. Reminds me how much I miss those "Little Red Boxes." We got something similar here, "Notifications" instead of "Alerts," which look more like an 800 mg Ibuprofen tablet.

Well, she is playing "Gypsy Jazz" a genre popular in some parts of Europe since the 1930's with Django Reinhart, Stephanie Grapelli, etc.
I do not understand what is weird or strange?
Sounds awful to my ear, especially as she is drowned out by her backing track.
Go to youtube and search for "gypsy jazz" but prepare to have your eyes opened.
All the youtube vids that give an excellent example of gypsy jazz on guitar cannot be embedded here.
Both Les Paul & Chet Atkins were fans of Gypsy Jazz, tho I have no idea why? :)

I had never heard of him but daaaang! Great chops and feel no doubt. He uses the same vibrato Vai does which is insane to me. Great find!!
