I wish I could say that too. :(
What number did yall get last time you counted?
Which count, the ones we sold we wish we still had?

For me, 3 guitars, 1 bass.

Some others I wouldn't mind but are probably redundant with my current stash

The only guitar I regret selling is a Gretsch 3140. I need my head examined for letting that slip away.

.

I'm pretty much doing this thread for me and you at this point 😆
Notice the custom poker chip from our very own awesome Ryan...not sure if he has posted recently or not though
It probably feels that way sometime but I'm enjoying the stroll down memory lane. It's great to see all these guitars I remember sorting through to buy the few I did get. Many were bought as future projects with minor issues but here I am2years retired and still not touched any projects. As my drive to do projects wanes my appreciation grows. Thanks for the memories.

Chibson Les Paul natural custom

Got this 10ish years ago from AliExpress. I always lusted over the Agile AL4k with a natural flame top but could never get the $600 to get one back then so i opted for this later at a much cheaper price. It was 220 shipped. They sanded through the flame veneer in a few spots next to the binding on the top but otherwise it's a pretty good guitar for the price. 1 piece neck, mahogany body, ebony fretboard. I went back and forth on using black plastics or cream but ultimately decided on cream.

Mods include
Shielded cavities
Treble bleeds
Bourns 500k push pull pots
Switchcraft 3 way
Gotoh Nashville Tom
Lightweight aluminum stoptail
Grover tuners
Switchcraft jack
Volume push pull splits humbuckers with 6.8k resistor
Neck tone does in series out of phase
Pickup specs i can't remember. The neck was wound with 42awg and the bridge 42.5awg but don't remember the turns or what mags I used as I made them a few weeks ago (benefits of getting older i guess). I used some maple veneer for the tops of the humbucker then put a beauty ring around it.

Tim, you have to the member with the most guitars? Maybe Toby John has that many.

@dabbler and @tobijohn have me beat.
I'm in the 140s including acoustics. There's only a few guitars I'd like to have left but good deals always come up. Once I check off my remaining electric boxes (firebird, semi hollow JM), I might grab a few more acoustics.

I have about 40 guitars left to mod then I'll move on to cleaning up my amps, checking the tubes and whatnot (most of my gear was in storage for 10+ years until about 2 years ago).
I have 3 drum sets as well!

Xaviere

Grabbed this and a p90 version shortly after they came out, both bstocks but ended up selling the p90 one when i was in the selling one to fund another era.
Sloppy routing around the pickups and a few other cosmetic flaws but I like the natural quilt top.
Rewiring semi hollows is not my favorite, especially with wiring mods. There's just no easy way to do it that doesn't involve an extra foot of wire in there I'd normally not have.

Mods include
Treble bleeds
Gotoh Nashville tune o matic
Aluminum stoptail
500k push pull pots
Volumes split humbuckers with 6.8k resistor
Bridge tone switches from .01 to .05 pio cap
Neck tone does in series out of phase. .01 pio cap.

Agile AL3K Union Jack

Got this in a trade from a local pawn shop. Traded a white Firefly double cut with p90s, a Squier Bullet Mustang, and a couple cheap Rogue pedals for it.
Don't think I'll ever get the Sheraton so this is as close as I'll get. Put minis in it with hum to mini adapters.

Mods include
Shielded cavities
Gotoh Nashville tune o matic
Stock zinc stoptail (may upgrade to aluminum later)
Treble bleeds
500k push pull tones
Bridge tone splits humbuckers with 6.8k resistor
Neck tone does in series out of phase
US style 3 way (middle position is wobbly so may swap it out eventually though. Adding a reminder to myself)
Switchcraft jack
.01 pio neck, .05 petp bridge
A5 x 2 neck mini 4500x2 43awg
A5 x2 bridge mini 5000x2 43awg
