Been listening to a bit of TOOL lately so it makes sense that I got a bit inspired. Nothing too crazy on this one - just a lot of layering.
I used the Helix and Neural DSP Rabea for the guitars, bass and synth stuff. Guitars this time were my Schecter Solo 6 Bixby for all Rhythm, leads were a tossup between the Fender Strat and Keisel SCB.
In the vein of Tool

Nice work, as always! I imagine you're still messing with the mix...compared to your usual rig, this song sounded a little dark. Not sure if that was intentional, but it was like the high end was EQ'd down, or a high pass filter was applied. Sounded more normal on the solo part, but that may have been due to a boost, if you used one.
Anyway, just some feedback on the sound...playing was excellent!

Thanks man, yeah still messing with the Helix and any feedback is welcome. The Bass I used on this tune is a hunk of crap. The pickups are dark dark dark and doesn't really lend itself well but it was tuned to the song and affected the mix a bit.
