So this tune came about when I read something about mind monkeys which is a funny term related to your mind jumping from topic to topic like a monkey jumps from tree to tree.

I find that quite enjoyable since I have a bit of A-D-D. Anywho threw this whole monster together and had my son drop some piano on it. Came out pretty darn good after some midi magic. Warning stands, this is not for the faint of heart. There are lots of notes and a semi burnt fretboard as a result of the the playing on the new Solar. ;)

Lol, your warning about not being for the faint of heart reminds me of the warning from the first LTE record.

Great playing as always. Around the 3:50 mark (I think) you did some cool sounding riffs that I think were using an octave shifter or something similar? Not sure what the change was, maybe a 5th? Anyway, it sounded cool :-)

Oh you mean the intro to the solo? Those were just harmonies. :) No octaver on that, just double tracked goodness.

Nice! You locked in so well I thought maybe you used an effect to get that sound. Should have known better, knowing how you like to double/triple/quadruple track the guitars...
