I missed those, but the 1-1/2" nut width might have kept me away. Anything less than 1-5/8 feels too crowded to me. Still, I'd probably buy one and deal with that compromise.tobijohn wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 6:10 pmYes, there was, both righty and lefty:

FWIW, I've used 1 11/16" nuts on 1 5/8" necks, sanding off the overlap on each end. The distance between the E strings and the edge of the neck is 1/4" on an AL-2000 with a 1 5/8" nut and using a 1 11/16" nut brings the E strings 1/16" closer to the edge which is still plenty of room. While the strings would be a little closer to the edge in this case, I don't see why the same couldn't be done with a 1 1/2" neck/1 5/8" nut. My only concern would be neck pocket compatibility, I'll bet the bridges on the short scale Liquids are the same as the full sized ones so no problem at that end...BatUtilityBelt wrote: ↑Wed Oct 05, 2022 6:43 pm ...I missed those, but the 1-1/2" nut width might have kept me away. I love my 1-3/4" nut 24" scale neck.
That was the ultimate reason I chose Musikraft (other than the near unanimous praise for the quality that comes out of their shop)
