It really is horrid, hard to believe they spent much of anything on it. I can see I have three chat notifications but nothing happens when I click on the icon other than a small window at the bottom that opens briefly enough so that I can see some message about the percentage of progress loading, then that disappears. I was able to get into it a few days back but now it doesn't work despite allowing pop-ups in my browser...

IIRC, that happened sometime before I got here in March 2014 but he he made a brief guest apperance a few years ago and all was forgiven.
