I believe they are Long Shaft but my question is should I use 500K Audio for the Volumes
and 500K Linears for the Tones or what?

Use audio for all 4....unless you want on/off pots, then go linear for all 4.
Old school, what he said above. I only use audio pots for guitars. Linear for volume= bedroom players. Some may like linear. Did my Firefly es338 pots, probably the last semi hollow i ever do pots in again.
Was that the picture in the other thread? I was going to say what are 250k pots doing with humbuckers. Gibson does use 300k in certain things, but personally i think it makes humbuckers dull.
