Youngish Rory with his band Taste: 1970...tone for days
Always good to see some Rory Gallagher stuff! I love a lot of his stuff - Bad Penny, A Million Miles Away, Tattooed Lady... When I discovered him and started listening carefully, I felt like you could really hear his influence on Slash.

I was a teen bouncing around channels at 1am and I ran into pre mtv usa network nightlight. They had rory live at Montreux and I didn't know weither to shit or go blind. Never heard of him and no one else I knew did either. Started to wonder if I imagined most of it as no vcr back then. For some reason I hung out w lots of drummers back then turns out they all knew him because of his drummer ted mckenna.. then later my cousin from Germany I met was a big fan.
