LOOOOONNNGGG time no see I know.
A LOT has gone on since I was last here. It's honestly way too much and too long to type, it'd be a long boring tome to read.
Few highlights maybe.
Changed jobs under a VERY ugly set of circumstances back in the summer. Landed on my feet and then some
thankfully. I'm a CISO at a financial services firm now and I've actually achieved some work/life balance after I don't know how long. SO glad to be away from that incredibly toxic environment that I seemed to have gotten used to (and needed to detox from believe it or not).Recovered TWICE from 2 different COVID variants, the second one felt like it was gonna kill me. 24 hours of it was REALLY bad - Mrs. RedLesPaul was pretty worried. It stole my voice, couldn't even speak let alone sing for quite a while. I was pretty scared there for a bit that I wouldn't be able to sing again.
Once I felt normal again I felt that I had to at least try to sing something, so I did. Below are a few covers I'd done within the past couple of weeks or so.
