Is anyone else with a Dave's account having an issue with their login too?
I made an account and bought a PRS from Dave's Guitar Shop last Tuesday and got a confirmation email, PayPal receipt and a receipt from Dave's but they updated their website on Wednesday night or Thursday morning and I haven't received angmore emails and I can't login to my account on Dave's now to see the status or tracking if it has shipped or not yet, it just says it doesn't recognize that email and I know the email and password are correct. I've left a message on their contact page but have not received a response yet. I was going to try calling the La Crosse store directly but I can't find a TTY #.
I'm kinda starting to freak out since the delivery trucks here can't seem to locate my apartment complex and always leave my packages at the wrong addresses somewhere around the neighborhood.

I did notice that they re-vamped their website but they are indeed a brick and mortar shop, just give them a call on the phone. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and they have not disappeared.
(608) 785-7704 is the direct line. They don't open the doors until 10am CST but people are working earlier than that.

Update - They finally got back to me and they sent me a link to activate a new account which was not useful since it's new and shows I've never bought anything before. So back to hoping it makes it to my house someday.

Sorry, I missed the TTY part. I don't know if they have one or not. I PM'd you a direct email to their sales manager Tylor, he's a super nice guy. I would hope he could look up your order and email you the shipping info.

Update 2 - The good was It turns out they had sent it and UPS delivered it to a house 3 blocks away, luckily for me the people who lived there were kind enough to deliver it to me themselves.
The bad is Dave's keeps saying to use the link they sent me to activate my account which is the link I used but it made a new account with no purchase history.
The next bad thing is they sent me someone else's guitar, the serial # on the packing slip is different than the one on guitar which is different than the one on the inspected by Dave's card. So I'm not having the best first experience with Dave's.

Sorry to hear that, hope everything ends up OK in the end. It probably doesn't help you at all now but I'll be back in La Crosse in a couple of weeks and could at least give them some crap for screwing up the order of an AGF brother!Bullcat wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 4:47 pm Update 2 - The good was It turns out they had sent it and UPS delivered it to a house 3 blocks away, luckily for me the people who lived there were kind enough to deliver it to me themselves.
