I have no idea if it is related to the AGF takeover or not, but this morning I awoke to a bunch of credit monitoring alerts, that I had added an address to my credit account, and a new authorized user to one of my credit cards. The address was my previous address, which could have been found in my info at AGF. I also did not add any authorized users to any of my credit cards.
Like I said, it may be unrelated, but it wouldn't hurt for you guys to check your stuff.

Thank you for the alert. If MoFo is displaying our name/email addresses for anyone on the internet to see, you bring up an absolutely valid concern.
In the Midnight Hour she Cried MoMoMo
Well, because of your warning I went on my bank's website to check my credit cardssolteroblues wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 2:48 pm I didn't mean to imply from here, I just meant when moomoo took over the OLD AGF
because someone mentioned moomoo has my full name and email listed in the open on their site!
The bank assured me everything was a-ok.

A silly question perhaps:
When did full names+addresses got onto AGF in the first place?
I signed up in 2008, and do not ever remember entering a full name. Did I...?

The other farm cats didn’t super love him but the chickens thought he was alright so he became a chicken.

only if you maybe sold or bought something and did the exchange over PM's or something, they could get that info I'm surePoodlesAgain wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 3:15 pm A silly question perhaps:

I moved about a year ago, so when I got an alert that someone used my old address on a new account, moomoo is the first thing I thought of, because I know I had sent PMs with my old address in them, and of course real name
I do not remember doing that either.PoodlesAgain wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 3:15 pm A silly question perhaps:

But you did give me your name, email address & postal address in PM.
They can certainly go thru PMs and database anything of interest to them.....

Man that SUCKS! Hate it for you. Certainly hope it wasn't related to momo but the timing is suspicious.

10 years, 2 months, and 8 days of blissful ignorance ruined by that snake in the grass Major Tom.
I've been getting a lot of spam past 2 days on a email account i have only used in PM's. Since they were reading our private messages makes me wonder if they did it to harvest emails. They could be spammers themselves or could have sold our email. We should make a list of the spam email title or subject lines and see if we are all getting the same spam, that would kind of point to them. If true, then we can all file complaints with our state attorney generals office and stop this shit.

Report your evidence with suspicions to the FBI.

Not sure. I can't login over there anymore with my NON agf login I used to join and have a look around. I used a throw-away email address and different user name. The portal there now says Private Forum and you have to be pre-approved by admins to join or some such.

ugh
I definitely shared stuff in PM's that I would not want getting out. And people shared with me.
that Major Tom deserves a beat-down.
