I had the rather unpleasant task of helping write an obituary this last weekend. I was going to write a long post, but it isn't really necessary. What are you doing right now that people will remember you for? Maybe it is just existing.....And crushing people in AGF Fantasy Football.

Being of an age where I've written a couple, and can foresee myself being the subject at some point, I've been pondering that territory.

On one hand I think it's a bit pointless, on the other hand I know the survivors want to grieve your passing, celebrate your life, and possibly make some sense of it. But I'm thinking the essentials of my time here could be boiled down to "He defined himself as a musician, and also loved family, brisket barbecue and a well-made glass of iced tea."

Guys, this is a good opportunity to take a second to reflect on a moment when somebody said or did something that had a significant impact on your life - or maybe it's something you said or did, unwittingly or otherwise. You just never know.
