I have no idea how long this has been available, in almost six years of checking out the Thomann site, it's never come up in any my searches. I'm not about to start buying bass guitars but it makes me wonder what else I've missed over the years:

I saw that but currently no left-handed version...

I never noticed the black one either. Neither come up even when I use a generic "Harley Benton left handed" search term...

Yeah, it only comes up if you do LH
I've got this as a quick link on my browser.

The lefty B-stock is tempting. Though there was one that got as low as $182 a couple weeks ago.
Been playing my Douglas '51 P bass with Buddha pickup quite a bit with Rocksmith this weekend after resetting my PC due to a faulty SSD.

Well, there aren't many HBs left for me, I'm just hoping that natural EX-76 Classic reappears and there's also a b-stock natural TE-52 Tele available if/when it does...honyock wrote: ↑Sun Jun 06, 2021 11:35 pm Yeah, it only comes up if you do LH

Boy, never thought I'd see the day when I'd pay that much for a Harley Benton ($366, to be exact), it's a brave new world.
So, do you wait for a b-stock maybe $20-$30 cheaper or just say "f*** it" and pay full retail? I can grab the Classic version, throw in the TE-52 Vintage Tele and call it a day...

I've got to admit, waiting for the Explorer to show up and crossing the Tele off my list has been a real distraction...

For some reason my shipping is always at least $30 higher early in the week vs. closer to the weekend.
I had the B-stock Rick bass and the roasted maple neck super strat and it was actually cheaper than just the Expy.

That is strange, for the two of them l get $62 via UPS. I'm tempted to just pull the trigger now, can't see how it could get much cheaper than that...

One is like $65, two are $99, three are $90, 4 is $125.tobijohn wrote:That is strange, for the two of them l get $62 via UPS. I'm tempted to just pull the trigger now, can't see how it could get much cheaper than that...
I had same problem when I got my Cab and Stang.
I tried for a few days and then it was basically the same for one and two on a Friday.

Well, I just went ahead and got the HB monkey off my back. I was charged $62 shipping for the two of them...

FWIW, the lefty EX-76 Classic is now listed as "On request" as is the white EX-76 Modern (the black one is still available):

I haven't pulled the trigger, gonna wait a little while as I have added 3 in way too short a period of time. 3 in as many weeks is system overload.tobijohn wrote:FWIW, the EX76 Classic is now listed as "On request" as is the white EX-76 Modern (the black one is still available):

I also need to focus on getting my projects done, my single P90 LP and that doublecut Yammie looking guitar have been sitting waiting for pickups and electronics for like a year or more, not to mention that Axl chassis that I bought with plans to learn fretting and now eventually plan to give to my dad who just started playing again last year.

I wish I had half of your discipline and common sense. Instead, I've got guitars piled up like cord wood and a project list that reaches almost to the horizon...

They really like to tempt me, B-stock white one, pops up same day we got a bonus check handed out at work by the big bosses.
I really shouldn't, but dang it is hard to say no...

Yeah, if I'd been a little more patient I could have saved $25 as a Classic b-stock just showed up too. Oh well, the a-stock is supposed to be here later today...

Mine says it may be Thursday. It is also coming along with the only other H-B I've wanted for a good while and made shipping $60 instead of $90 like the lefty Ric bass or HB35.tobijohn wrote:Yeah, if I'd been a little more patient I could have saved $25 as a Classic b-stock just showed up too. Fusion-II HSH super strat for $60 off called my name too hard to say no again.
I really have no restraint...
