How many AL's have you had?

I was thinking earlier about all the ALs I've had pass through my hands and just wanted to compile a list for fun. I might be missing one or 2 but here's my list:

2800 Silverburst (the Agile that started it all)
2000 Black Flame
2000 Silverburst
Dauntless Silverburst
Dauntless Silverburst (yes I've had 2)
2500 blue flame 12 string
3000 Honey Sunburst
3100 Tribal green quilt
3000 Tobacco sunburst flame p90
3100 Rootbeer
2000 Natural Birdseye (still own)
3000 Natural spalted (still own)
3100 Silverburst (still own)

I wish I still had all of them but I really wish I still had the tobacco, root beer and tribal green.

Two, a 2000 & a 3100. Both left as quickly as they came. Boat anchors.

AL-2000 2TS Flame
AD-2300 mahogany P90

Both of these guitars were really nice; nothing Wrong with them, just weren't right for me.
The AL I found I didnt like the 1 5/8" nut and it was heavy.
I have other LP types I like more.

The AD had some neck dive I just couldnt adjust to how it hung.
I REALLY wanted to bond with that guitar.

I really liked the chunkier neck on both

I was very close to getting an AL-3200 but opted for a used bare bones Gibson studio (50's neck) instead that I am completely happy with.

Definitely not good guitars for standing and playing more than a couple songs.
My 3k Spalted probably weighs 12lbs

Two, neither with me anymore.
- an AL2000 from the Great HSB Sale
- an early LP type (2000? 2500?) in blue

I kind of miss that blue LP. I do have a rare-ish Xaviere to satisfy my LP jones, but that blue one was a nice guitar.

When it comes to Agiles, it's kind of like the David Gilmour song, "There's No Way Out of Here." That being said, I have sold four but only because they were dupes in both terms of model or finish or both of ones I already have:

AL-3000 (CSBF)
AL-2500 12 string ( CSBF)
AL-3000M (CSBF)
AD-2200 Reissue (TVY)

I sold a couple SX and Hadean Teles for the same reason...

And I ended up buying that one from you before passing it on - it had some GFS Zebra pickups in it. Those HSB's had great looking tops but the tint on the back was kind of a horrid orange/yellow mix. Even with that said, they were pretty incredible guitar for $150 or whatever the blowout price was. Those days of 100's of AL's on blowout pricing remind me of the days of giant stacks of 9mm ammo on the shelves for $7.99 a box...probably days we'll never see again ;-(

I've had quite a few AL's in and out myself

AL3000m TSB - my first one and only new one I ever bought directly from Rondo. Nice but oil tanker heavy
AL3200 semi custom that was originally built by @Zacsdad , then owned by @tonebender , then owned by me, then 2 or 3 other AGF members
2X AL 2000 P90 Goldtops
AL 3110 Black Beauty - the one that got away - tried to buy it back several times from an old AGF member in FLA who is no longer on the forum
AL 3100 Black Beauty
AL 2000 HSB ( the aforementioned @glasshand model )
AL 3000 2TS - just flipped a few weeks ago
AL 3010SE Goldtop - just got it yesterday, might keep it or maybe not
As a bonus, I also had 2 AD-201's in TVY, still singlecuts and still wish I had one of them

It seems to be a common theme that most of the ones we no longer have we wish we still did..

Well, not sure about "most" but there are definitely 2 of them I wish I still had. There are also probably some that I don't even remember that I had ;-)

I'm certainly not hurting for more guitars as I'm probably the closest to John's numbers but the higher end Agiles were always great guitars I'd like to still have. Pre 2010ish I always had to sell stuff to fund new stuff. Now I don't have to do that so my numbers continue to grow. I had a lot of stuff from rondo that I'll never see again that I kinda wish I still had but that could probably be another thread

48 are various models of ALs (a handful of those with the original horns and/or headstocks), 13 are ADs, 3 AS-820s, an AS-1000, 3 Harms, an original Ghost (AX-2), an original Valkyrie, a PS-900 and TC-625 (Tele thinline)

1st - AL2500 tribal green sold after AL3000 purchased
2nd - AL3000 (the boat anchor, sold) CSBF
3rd - AL3000 (the best I ever had, and sold) CSBF with old headstock
4th - AL3100 white semi-custom (the replacement for the best, sold)
Not counted - AL2500 Floyd, black ( sold almost immediately)
5th - AL3200 CSBF (2nd boat anchor, sold)
6th - LP2500 (old horn and headstock, sold)
7th - AL3200 tribal red semi-custom (old style with thick body, pretty sure it is chambered as it is way lighter than my 1st 3200. It is the best 3200 I've had, still have)
8th - AL3010SE silver burst (sold)
9th - AL3200 oceanburst (newer style thinner body, still have)

So that's why there are no Agiles left on Reverb or Ebay anymore - @tobijohn has all the lefties and you have all the righties.

It's not just me, @doc-knapp and @LessPawl are at or near triple digits on their total guitars and I suspect @BatUtilityBelt is right there too although I'm not sure how many of those are Agiles...

I've lost count, but think I'm currently south of 80, and slowing down. Probably 1/4 of them are Agile or SX or Hadean or Douglas. If I had discovered Rondo earlier, I'm sure I'd have more.

Edit: Correction, the advance order Liquid will be #92.

Among those: 11 Agile, 1 Douglas, 2 Hadean, 5 SX.

If i had discovered Rondo earlier, right now I'd be standing at the I95 exit ramp holding up a handwritten cardboard sign saying "Will work for Agiles"...
