You don't see these often - neck through ( non contoured ) with the matching headstock overlay. I almost put in an offer except it's got the slim neck, which I"m not a big fan of. I would guess you could probably sell those EMG's for a decent amount and come out with a really nice guitar for under $400 if you like such a thing.

Yeah there weren't many of these made, I think someone here has one and loves it though I personally cannot understand the decision to make the guitar neck thru but also choose to remove one of the BIGGEST benefits of neck thru construction...which is the contoured heel. Strange choice by Rondo for sure.uwmcscott wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 9:17 pm You don't see these often - neck through ( non contoured ) with the matching headstock overlay. Why so u say it’s got a thin neck @uwmnecott? Unless I missed that in the specs
I always wanted one of these, damn, wish it had a contoured heel, LPs are hard to play enough

Look at the photo with the actual specs - it lists a thin profile. I actually asked him and he measured, it is a little thicker than 17mm at the 1st fret so probably closer to a regular agile neck.
As a side note I could not resist and made an offer, we'll see what happens.

I have one, but the lighter finish.
As to why someone, like me, would want a neck through with a standard heel, a contoured heel is a big plus IF you play way up there... but I don't. BUT I very much appreciate the solid construction of a neck through. And even if it doesn't make a significant sonic difference, I at least like the idea of the strings, tuners, pickups and bridge anchored to the same pieces of wood.
Edit: Okay, the bridge actually is anchored in the bod, Oh well, another time I've said something wrong. Won't be the last.

I guess you're going on the numbers, off the top of my head I wouldn't be able to tell by the numbers. Thanks for asking him, I am asking him similar questions. Cool, not sure yet I was gonna, but I was thinking of doing the same. Good luck to ya, maybe one of us will get it and add one to the AGF family.uwmcscott wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 10:51 pm

I'm with ya. I have a 3200 and it makes a huge difference. Actually yours is the one I really want, the moreso lemon burst rather than the tobacco. Keepme in mind if u ever wanna sell yours.dabbler wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 5:48 am I have one, but the lighter finish.

I was going off this photo that is listed - note the "Slim" designation in the title. He said this was the spec from when he ordered it.Razzle wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 9:55 am I guess you're going on the numbers, off the top of my head I wouldn't be able to tell by the numbers. Did you end up getting it? I put in an offer and he countered with a price I was ready to agree to ,but before I had time ( literally only about 10 minutes from him sending me the counter ) it looks like someone else grabbed it instead. Hope it might be you or someone else from AGF that nabbed it out from under me? If not the only thing I can drown my sorrow in is that he weighed it in at "about 10.5 lb" on his bathroom scale.
