Last fall we sold our campervan, a big 4 ton RV, because we couldn't go much anywhere and decided it a good time to sell before it starts to get too old and lose too much value.
Now however we bought a camper trailer, a rather small one but still offers beds for up to six, for four nicely. It's light and nimble enough to tow easily. Last night we took it out to a test night for the first time.
Hoping for the covid issue to subside, and maybe next summer we can tour Norway with it.
As it is, just camping areas rather near here, maybe a week in Lapland skiing later on this winter. We'll see. Our car is just 2wd so winter towing can be a bit scary at times especially up those skiing hills in Lapland, but at least it's a diesel with nice torque & I bought a set of snow chains as well.
Anyhow...it's gonna cut into my guitar playing time for sure. But it's OK. One needs breaks from music now and then.
