Just saw on the news in Oklahoma a legislator has introduced a bill that (if passed) will create a hunting season
for "Big Foot" in Oklahoma.

Can't you just picture on opening day, thousands of guys out in the field with deer rifles ready to shoot anything
walking on two legs???

Hummmm, maybe we need that here in Floriduh? :D

But you know, there really should be no "in season" for chupacabras. They should be legal to kill year round. Damn bloodsuckers!

On the other hand, it sounds like a great way for the state to raise some money by selling more hunting licenses. Maybe next year they can start selling licenses for roc, hodag, and jackalope.

stupid people thought the World was round. Maybe no Big Feet have been properly caught because there was no Big Foot season.
Kinda like needing to move the "deer crossing" sign so that the deer don't cross there.
I don't question politicians, they work for the people. This is what the people want.

Having spent years in Oklahoma, It's guaranteed some idiot will don a gorilla suit and walk through the woods on the first day of season.

I can't believe nobody has pointed out how cruel this is to Bigfoot. Sasquaches are people too!

Mickey - I think they should limit those hunts to Tallahassee.

Frickin' eh, right... And what did a Sasquatch ever do to anybody? They keep to themselves, and just want to be left alone!

Just what the world needs: a legally allowed snipe hunt.

Knowing how the world works, they'll pass the law, and some crazy bumpkin will actually find a Sasquatch and kill it :-(

You've reminded me, in 1969 a group of us were camping in Northern Idaho (we were there to visit Papoose Cave)
about 3am Bigfoot attempted to get into our tent! Well, sort of.......
one of the guys was having a nightmare that Sasquach was trying to get in & he was fighting it off.
He woke everyone in the tent (about 8 people if I remember correctly) which pleased nobody,
especially his wife who was much embarassed! :D

Thanks for refreshing the memory.

I'm more afraid of having a big footed Buffalo Gal try to get into the tent at night. There's no escape from that.

Snipes are usually hunted in the city, not the woods.

Doesn't this hunting season coincide with big fluffy fur jacket season?
Reminds me of the only joke. Guy says says "if I hear theres a missile coming in and the end is near I'm screwing the first thing around me that moves". Then asks his friend, "what are you doing"? Friend says "I'm standing real still for a few minutes"
