As I noted on another thread, there were so many models of Agile, SX,Douglas and other brands posted on the old forum....all to be forgotten
Anyone remember the budget LP model wih the asian village grafic on the body? Rather unusual looking!

I think I vaguely remember that model...
But when I first saw this thread, that ridiculous pot leaf Douglas Tele that Kurt once carried came to mind, I remember this being on the Rondo site for what seemed to be years, don’t think it sold very well!

And who can forget this one??? I think you need to be a Rick Nielsen/Cheap Trick fanboy to appropriately wield this beast...

I had that exact model and I regret selling it. It was a great inexpensive guitar and I haven’t seen one sincelightwingstudios wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 9:55 pm I have one of these in RED finish.

Interestingly, I just looked it up and it took me to a thread I had posted on AGF 1.0 when I saw one for sale locally (including pics). It was a Hadean.

Neat! I forgot that it was a Hadean. I wanted one but the grafic kind of held me back. htey were cheap like $129ish? Set neck? Also in red if I recall.
I think there was 1 other LP type budget axe, with another name, possibly started with an I...?
That Agile E1 looks great! Never seen that one before!
I owned a WRL590, it was really good. I just wasnt playing it enough, out the door it went.

P.S. although I can always make a partscaster with a stop tail and tune o’matic bridge, if anyone comes across an SX stop tail Hawk/Strat, please let me know!

I'd be pretty happy with either of those. I liked the black flame model too, 6 or 7 string.
Kick myself fairly frequently for not buying one when the dollar was at par. Oh, well.

Here’s one from the Rondo vault...
Does anyone remember the AL-3100 FRETLESS 12 string???
Probably one of the more impressive “what the hell do I do with this?” guitars out there. Fretless 6 string guitars are pretty weird as it is, but a 12? I can see it being interesting for ambient/experimental music or playing trippy Byrds covers maybe, but definitely a conversation starter!

I had a Douglas fulcrum I refinished and ended up selling to someone on the old board that didn't end up hanging around too long.
